Visa help: what to prepare and how we help

Most visas ask for

• Passport (valid for 6 months or more) and old passports
• Recent photos to the embassy's size
• Bank statement and solvency certificate
• Job letter, trade licence or student ID
• Hotel booking and flight plan
• Invitation letter if you are visiting family

How we help

1. We check your documents and tell you what is missing.
2. We prepare the forms and cover letter for you to review and sign.
3. We guide you to the appointment (VFS or embassy) and what to bring.
4. We hold or book the flight in the way the embassy asks.

Please note

Only the embassy decides a visa. No agency can promise a visa — be careful of anyone who does. Fees paid to the embassy or VFS are not refundable by them if a visa is refused.
