Before you start

• Passport valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
• Photo with a white background.
• Vaccination: some vaccines (such as meningitis) may be required. We check the current rule for your dates.
• Mahram rules: we explain the current rules for women travelling with or without a mahram.

When to go

Ramadan and school holidays are busiest and most expensive. For a calmer Umrah, ask us about quieter months.

What to pack

Ihram (for men), comfortable sandals, a small bag for the mosque, simple medicines and a copy of your documents.
